Erectile dysfunction medications took in Glengormley

Large quantities of unlicensed medications have been seized by Department of Health authorities during a search of a home in Glengormley.
A male was spoken with by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently supplying unlicensed impotence medicines through the internet.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.
The search was brought out by the department’s Medicines Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, said: “It is essential that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be hazardous.
“These types of products being sold, typically online, have gone through no quality assurance and there can be no assurance about their safety.
“You just do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not know the effect drugs like this may have on your health.”
